Recent Projects Completed

· We now service commercial refrigerant (ice makers, coolers and freezers).

· Provided and installed mini-split heat pump & air conditioners for commercial and residential spaces.

· HVAC service at wireless cell phone tower sites throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

· Installed a complete energy recovery ventilators in 1500 to 3600 sq. ft. homes.

· Geo-thermal heat pump installation.

· Added ductwork in residential and commercial new construction and remodel projects.

· Changed out & halted away 20—50 year old furnaces and replacement them more energy efficient models.

· Completed quarterly preventative maintenance on a store-front business, by replacing filters, verifying equipment operation, greased blower bearings, and replaced the fan belt.

· Changed the operating schedule on a computerized building automation system to save a private school over 50% in the “run-time” of the HVAC equipment.

· Provided emergency service to restore heat to a small business, by replacing the heat exchanger on a gas-fired furnace.

· Provided and installed infrared overhead heaters for a new office/warehouse complex.

· Provided and installed heat pumps.

· Upgraded existing thermostats to easy to use programmable thermostats.

· Duct cleaning for residential and commercial spaces.
